SETI Dex is currently in limited beta. Purchase availability may be disabled or restricted until the commercial release configuration is approved.
App Store purchases
When a SETI Dex subscription or other digital purchase is offered through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment and controls the purchase record, localized price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund workflow under Apple's applicable terms.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Before a user is asked to subscribe, SETI Dex must show the subscription product, duration, localized price, and the material functionality included with that tier. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the user's Apple Account according to the App Store purchase terms shown at checkout.
Manage or cancel
Where subscriptions are active, SETI Dex provides a path to manage the subscription through Apple. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not normally erase pilot-owned records or immediately remove access already paid for through the current subscription period.
Restore purchases
Restorable Apple purchases can be restored through the SETI Dex purchase surface. If an entitlement does not restore correctly, contact support without sending Apple Account credentials or payment-card information.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility for purchases made through the Apple App Store is determined through Apple's refund process. SETI Dex support can help investigate a product or entitlement problem, but SETI does not ask users to send card numbers, Apple Account passwords, or other payment credentials.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this notice is intended to remove consumer rights, refund rights, cancellation rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived in the user's jurisdiction.
This page documents the intended commercial purchase boundary. Public paid distribution remains blocked until the responsible legal owner/entity, final commercial terms, App Store products, and jurisdiction-specific requirements are approved.
